Friday 14th April
9pm – 11pm WAYNE & THE HAIRY PEACHES – Favourite festival regulars and rightly so. A firmly established band who, over the past seven years, have gigged Nationwide and have become a household name around Cheshire. A five piece with a difference, classics from the 50s through to the present day, performed with a twist that has to be seen and heard to be believed. If you fancy a sing-along, a dance and a laugh this is one not to be missed.
Saturday 15th April
3pm – 5pm CODE RED – Cheshire-based five piece R & B/Blues band fronted by popular local vocalist Louise (Ruby and the Resonator) Stretton performing classic and popular guitar and harmonica covers from the likes of Eric Clapton, Jimmy Reed, Dr Feelgood, Little Walter, BB King, Nina Simone and Imelda May.
8pm – 10pm HOLLIE VEE & THE HUBKAPS – Hollie and her Hubkaps will be rocking the joint with some Lo-fi, Rock n Soul & Rockabilly!! A massively popular band across Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent playing rock and roll in a Rockabilly style and with many appearances at festivals on their CV we’re so pleased that Hollie and the band can be with us. Expect to dance. Quite a lot.
Sunday 16th April
1pm – 3pm TRACES OF NUTZ – Traces of Nutz are delighted to be playing at the Nantwich Jazz, Blues & Music Festival. It’s their first appearance at this prestigious event and they’re looking forward to making new friends onstage. Formed in 2008, they’re a Cheshire-based band, experienced in many styles (Electric Blues, R&B, Rock), and appear regularly in pubs/events around the North West. They have also played at the Oulton Park Superbikes events for eight consecutive years.
5pm – 7pm AUTOMATIC ANNIE – Automatic Annie is a five-piece electric blues band. Founder members Julia “Opus” Raven (vocals), Pete McEvoy (guitar) and Terry Earl Taylor (harmonica) may be familiar faces to you from their frequent gigs in the Stoke/South Cheshire area. Crafted from optimism Automatic Annie is a new name on the scene with some familiar faces, bringing you unique arrangements of old blues favourites peppered with a few original songs. Automatic Annie are dedicated to the blues and committed to entertaining. If you love The Blues you will love Automatic Annie.
9pm – 11pm PHOTOBOOTH SMILE – Local female fronted 3 piece appear on their 4th time at the Festival playing a full night of crowd pleasing covers from artists such as Blondie, Stereophonics, Oasis, White Stripes, The Killers, Katrina & The Waves and ADELE, plus many more a splendid evening is in prospect.
Monday 17th April
2pm – 4pm BLUE SILK – Judy Blu is a Birmingham based singer and songwriter who has performed at numerous festivals and venues across the UK. Judy has an amazing versatility in her voice and so don’t be surprised to hear different influences in her performance. These influences include Jazz, Blues and Soul classics. Judy Blu presents Blue Silk. The Blue Silk duo featuring Judy Blu and Ian Silk will be showcasing original songs with jazz and soul classics with a twist. Ian is a unique fingerstyle player, who is often likened to players such as Tommy Emmanuel, Martin Taylor and Joe Passe. Together with the smoky and versatile vocals of Judy Blu they create an exhilarating and exiting performance to remember.
