Raised in the South of Italy Mario has been playing drums since the age of 7.After finishing his studies with Tullio De Piscopo (arguably the greatest Italian drummer ever lived). He moved to the U.K. in the early 90’s to work with some of the finest heavy-rock bands in the country.
Later “converted” to Jazz by his good friend Gaetano Caracciolo, Mario currently plays a very tiny and unique sounding drum kit to express his uncommon blend of styles while maintaining a solid groove for the band.
