We may update the content and make improvements or changes in the information, services and other materials on this Site at any time without notice.

Nantwich Jazz Blues and Music Festival is a music event. We host, promote and produce Events, details of which appear on this Site. We may also host events which are promoted or organised by third parties in which case we will act as a booking and ticket sales agent. We may host, promote or produce events which are held outside advertised festival dates. These events may be subject to differing Terms and Conditions which will be advised as appropriate. We do not accept any other liability for any ticket purchases made via this Site save as set out in these Terms. There may be other terms and conditions applicable to any Event and you should check the venue or the promoter’s website or any site advertising the Event before committing to buy a ticket. Most will have clear statements of any applicable policies, (such as age restrictions) on their websites.

Tickets for festival events may also be purchased from third party ticket agents in both physical and electronic format, such as Local and national organisations, Ticketline, SeeTickets and others. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that they have read the respective organisation’s terms and conditions when obtaining tickets from them.

All intellectual property rights in the design of this Site and the contents, selection and presentation of all of the material which is available on this Site belongs to the site designer. email webmaster@nantwichjazz.com for further information. No material from this Site may be commercially exploited in any way, without our prior written permission.

We cannot guarantee availabilty, accuracy or the software integrity of this site.

We cannot guarantee or acknowledge the receipt of any competition entries or unsolicited correspondence or accept liability for damages or any other consequential matters arising therefrom.

This Site contains links to other websites such as performers websites, third party organisations, “Facebook” , “Twitter” and “Paypal” which are independent of Nantwich Jazz Blues and Music Festival. We have no control over such sites and any links are provided as a convenience to you as a user of this Site, and do not imply our endorsement of the linked websites or association with their operators.

Buying Tickets and Returns from Us

Once you have purchased tickets, they can only be exchanged, refunded or returned in the following circumstances:

If we fail to fulfil an order as a result of any negligence, or similar act or omission of our own or in breach of contract the customer will be entitled to a full refund including any booking fee charged.

Should an artiste fail to appear for whatever reason a replacement act will be engaged.

If the event is postponed the original tickets that you have purchased will remain valid for the revised event and there will be no refunds made, (except for in the case of cancellation of the whole show) unless otherwise advised.

However, in these circumstances (whole show cancellation), only the face value of the tickets will be refunded as these are circumstances beyond our control. If the tickets have not been posted out, the processing fee will also be refunded.

There will be no refund for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.

For any refund of face value you will be required to return the tickets or provide proof of purchase and payment on receipt of which we will make the refund. The refund will be made using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets.

Refund requests will be accepted up until 1 week before the date of the revised event or 1 week after notification of the cancellation (whichever is the later) unless otherwise advised. We are unable to refund tickets that are received after this time. It is your responsibility to ensure that The festival will be open to take returns before visiting.

It is your responsibility to ensure that tickets returned are received by us. It is therefore advisable to return any tickets either by recorded post or in person. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that The festival will be open to take returns before visiting.

When events are cancelled or postponed, we will do our best to inform all purchasers using the contact details provided when the booking was made, notwithstanding the availablity of timely and pertinent infomation from appropriate third parties being made available to us.  However it is the responsibility of the purchaser to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make contact with you.

It is the responsibility of our customers to inform Nantwich Jazz Blues and Music Festival of any change of address, contact telephone number or email address both before and after receipt of your tickets.

Tickets must be checked on receipt. Mistakes cannot be rectified at a later time.

Although Nantwich Jazz Blues and Music Festival will to take all steps necessary to indicate any age or other restrictions that apply to events, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are eligible for entry to the event that they are purchasing tickets for.

The festival reserves the right to refuse admission to any Event and tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the festival or event. We will therefore not offer refunds to any ticket-holders who may be refused entry.

The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited.

No personal supplies of alcohol, soft drinks or any foodstuffs may be brought into the festival events. All such items will be confiscated at the door.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of enjoyment or profit nor any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages.

We will not be liable for any misrepresentations, negligence, contractual or tortuous loss of any kind suffered by you from the products, or services, or actions of any performer, promoter or others.

Tickets ordered through this site are only for your personal use and that of your party. We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased if there is any resale or attempted resale of tickets at a higher price than purchased, this includes tickets being resold to the public at an inflated price including via auction sites such as EBAY. The holder of a resold ticket may be refused entry or rejected from the festival event.

Any item such as wristbands supplied to ticket holders for the purpose of admission/re-admission may not be passed to any third party.  If you are collecting your tickets rather than having them posted out, please be advised that the tickets must be collected by the cardholder in person, and that the credit card must be presented on collection. The cardholders’ signature will be required on collection.

There is no standard despatch time for tickets ordered through this site as tickets for different events have different dispatch times. However, all tickets should be received at least one week before the event, unless they are being collected from the venue. Tickets booked within 14 days of an event must be collected from the festival office or other location as advised at the time.  It is usual for tickets set aside for collection to be moved to the venue box offices 2 hours before advertised doors open.  It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure that they are attending the correct location for collection by telephoning the festival office on 01270 625283.

If it becomes impractical for any reason to post tickets out due to circumstances beyond Nantwich Jazz Blues and Music Festival’s control (such as disruptions to the postal service), we reserve the right to make the tickets available for collection at the festival and will inform you accordingly.

For certain events there may be a restriction on the maximum number of tickets that may be purchased. We will take necessary steps to publish this information on the Site and at the point of ticket selection for the event. In such case, we reserve the right to only offer for sale the maximum number of tickets available and to cancel any orders made that exceed the maximum authorised tickets per customer without notice.

If tickets dispatched by special delivery are returned as ’addressee unknown’, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Wristbands

Wristbands are issued to allow entry to venues participating in The Festival and must be worn securely around the wrist to be valid.  The Festival cannot guarantee that a wristband holder will be granted admission to any venue.  Admission to venues is dependent upon availability of capacity and is at the discretion of the venue management who may refuse entry without giving a reason under section 27 of the licensing law.

It is the festival attendee’s responsibility to ensure that they can comply with a specific venue’s door policy in terms of age and dress code before purchasing a wristband.

Wristbands may not be returned, nor online advance orders be cancelled for refund under any circumstances except for cancellation of the Festival in its entirety.

In the event of postponement and at it’s discretion, the Festival may offer to carry orders or wristband validity over to the rescheduled event with or without an option for a full or partial refund.

Uncollected advance orders are not eligable for refunds.

Damaged wristbands will not be replaced under any circumstances.

Wristbands removed from the wrist will become invalid.

Privacy Policy and Data Protection

We respect the privacy and security of personal information of those who use this site. This notice describes the privacy policy of Nantwich Jazz Blues and Music Festival. By visiting and using this Site you expressly consent and accept to the practices described in this Privacy Policy

We will not send you unsolicited emails (spam). However. we will add all ticket purchasers and competition entrants email addresses to our email list which is used to inform subscribers of events at the festival. You may unsubscribe from the list at any time. By purchasing a ticket or entering a competition you consent to this initial addition to the list.

We will not share your personal information for marketing without your consent.

Any personal information which we get from you or gather about you from your use of our site may be used to contact you by post, phone, email or SMS when necessary in connection with transactions entered into by you on the site. Please note that by booking with Nantwich Jazz Blues and Music Festival you are consenting, whenever applicable to your personal information being shared with an event organiser or promoter for the particular event for which you are buying tickets. You should contact them if you would prefer not to receive information from them. It is our policy only to pass on information to promoters and organisers when it is demonstrated to be necessary for specific events and where this is requested by them.

Financial information that is collected from you is used to authorise payment and bill you. Your consent is given to provide your financial or personal information to those third parties necessary to process your transactions with us, such as Paypal, credit card companies, banks and those companies that handle shipping and fraud protection.

You have a right to ask what information we, or any organisation holds about you. This can be done in writing to us at the contact address below.

Cookies

Miscellaneous

If these Terms are not complied with, we reserve the right to terminate access and use of the site.
These Terms represent the entire understanding and agreement between you and us and shall have priority over any and all prior statements, understandings or agreements whether oral or in writing.

We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms on this Site. Your continued access or use of this Site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified Terms applicable from time to time.
These Terms are governed by English law and any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts and, by using this Site, you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes and waive any and all objections to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.

If any court finds any provision of these terms to be void or unenforceable for any reason, then such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of the courts finding without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
